Hapstone 4000 grit is not impregnated, water should be used as a coolant, before any use (sharpening or leveling) the stone should be soaked for 5 minutes. Greasing from the work surface can be removed with special Hapstone cleaning heads. Alignment is carried out on glass on silicon carbide powder. The stone is finished and completely ready for work.
