Diamond bar on organic bond (FF) EXD13 150x25x6x3x3mm (2/1 microns)
Diamond bar on organic bond, manufactured by Poltava Instrument Plant. The bar is mounted on a 3mm thick aluminum blank, has a laser engraving of the thickness. The ends of the blank are beveled at 45 degrees (dovetail). The thickness of the diamond-bearing layer is 3 mm, the diamond abrasive is distributed evenly over the entire thickness of the bar.
The diamond bar is made on an organic phenol-formaldehyde bond EXD13 with a 100% filling concentration.
