In terms of its versatility, the RS series is very close to the T2 series. Both series are excellent for stainless, carbon and high alloy steels, i.e. overlap almost all possible options found in the knife theme. However, the PC series has a softer bond and therefore has no restrictions on the hardness of the steels being machined. Accordingly, it wears out faster, but it has a much higher abrasive ability. RS series - impregnated. Those. the inter-abrasive space of the stone is impregnated with a special technical wax to prevent liquid from getting inside the stone. Also, impregnation reduces the tendency to blockage and significantly increases the working life of the stone.
