KLOD-4IK universal articulated joint with parking stand

Universal swivel joint for a wide range of manual swivel or apex grinders. The hinge assembly is equipped with a parking post, which serves to fix the horizontal guide in a convenient position when manipulating the blade or abrasive bars (changing position, cleaning, etc.). Parking a horizontal guide significantly increases the comfort of work, eliminates the need to find a place where to put it at the intermediate stages of sharpening.
The universal swivel assembly has an 8mm vertical rail mount and a movable swivel for a horizontal rail (also 8mm in diameter), so it can be recommended for all sharpeners with a suitable rod diameter.
Distinctive features of this hinge assembly with a parking rack from this kind of structures:

- large stroke of the horizontal guide in the vertical plane;
- the main components of the hinge mechanism are made of duralumin alloy 2024T;
- use of bearings (2 pieces) in the rotating assembly of the mechanism;
- use of a bronze sliding sleeve for the horizontal guide.

UPD: in the new version, the sliding sleeve is fluoroplastic for the horizontal guide.
