Slotted Post Truss Head Retention Assembly - Slotted Post Truss Head Retention Assembly - SPTHRA, Model 0.375" or commonly referred to as "Black Chicago Screw Assemblies" are mounting assemblies for holsters, pouches, scabbards and so on. with slots and black oxide coated truss head. This mount is designed to create an adjustable fit in holsters, magazine holders and other thermoplastic accessories such as BOLTARON, HOLSTEX or KYDEX. They allow for a gap between opposite layers of material in conventional thermoformed holster designs. This model is the 3/8 inch version. It works by adding an EPDM rubber spacer between the layers of the bonded material. This mount can be used with any KYDEX, HOLSTEX or Boltaron thickness from 0.060" to 0.125". The mounting unit has a figured washer, into which the head of the screw is recessed, so the fastener does not interfere and does not cling to clothing.

The mounting assembly includes:

- Screw. Size 9*7.4mm, thread diameter 3.3mm, thread length 13mm;
- Threaded bushing, through. Dimensions 8.7*8.7mm, neck diameter 5mm, neck length 7mm;
- Rubber washer. Dimension 12.2*11.2mm, hole 5mm;
- Decorative washer. Dimensions 13.2*2.8mm, hole 5.2mm. The washer has a curved surface, under which the outer part of the grommet is hidden, and the countersunk head of the screw is also hidden, without protruding above the mounting surface.
All metal parts of the mount have a high-quality black coating.
